Salans has one of the country's leading IP teams under renowned trade mark expert Denis Voevodin and telecommunication and IT specialist Victor Naumov. The pair has been active drafting federal legislation related to IP, innovation and technologies, and developments in the IT sector and technology parks. Naumov is a member of the Expert Council on Legal Regulation and Protection of Intellectual Property of the Committee for Economic Policy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism of the State Duma.
