In another victory for the group, Myung Gyu Lee and Jung Ryul Hwang advised Foxnet as a defendant in a patent infringement case that involved systems and methods of online stock exchanges and mortgages. The legal advisers were able to establish a difference between the compositions and effects of Foxnet's system from that of the plaintiff's.
