In a case that began in March 2010, Daly has been active in representing Pinewood Laboratories before the High Court in connection with a patent infringement action. The case has been significant since, as a leading Irish generic company, successful defence of the claim of patent infringement is paramount for the client. In other work the firm advised Staples in relation to enforcing its IP rights in Ireland and providing general IP advice. Daly assisted Staples in successfully resolving a recent important matter without the need to institute legal proceedings. The firm also provided general IP advice.
