A high-profile case was its representation of client Indian Performing Rights Society, as plaintiff, in a copyright infringement suit in the Bombay High Court against organisers of cultural shows and music programmes where the clients' copyrighted musical and lyrical works were being performed without permission and payment of any royalty. The suit was successful for the client, with injunctions being ordered and some of the defendants made to pay royalties. This decision was reached in October 2010.
