ALIAT Legal considers pharmaceutical and consumer goods industries to be its speciality, as the team recently acted for leading personal care products manufacturer Wipro-Unza in trade mark infringement cases for its well-known brands Enchanteur and Romano. Duong Thanh Long was also responsible for counselling Norwegian fertiliser producer Yara International on the cancellation of a trade mark registration that is confusingly similar to its own and abused by a former distributor to confuse end-users.
