ARS-Patent is a prosecution firm made up primarily of patent and trade mark attorneys complemented by an in-house legal team. The firm is managed by senior partners Vladimir Rybakov (patent attorney) and Elena Solovyova (trade mark attorney). In exemplary work in 2010, ARS attorney Natlia Belozerova helped US clothing company American Eagle Outfitters cancel an existing registered trade mark owned by French company Les Complices, arguing that the trade mark's design conflicted with the flying eagle emblem protected under copyright and belonging to the client. The firm represented a spread of other clients, predominantly pharmaceutical companies, on patent invalidations before the Russian Chamber of Patent Disputes and the Eurasian Patent Office.
