Barreda Moller emerged again as the clear leader in the Peruvian market, standing alone in Tier 1 across all disciplines. The firm began over 70 years ago as a general practice but is now focused on IP and offers complementary services in civil, constitutional and administrative law and judicial, Customs and arbitration proceedings. It is one of the few Peruvian IP firms that has in-house engineers.
Described by one client as "a very well-known and very good firm", Barreda Moller represents household names such as Pfizer, Volkswagen, Merck, Kimberly-Clark, Kellogg's, Avon, Payless ShoeSource and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. The practice also recently acquired pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline as a client. One client of the firm remarked: "The firm is doing a great job for us."
