De Vries & Metman has become a widely used patent agency by law firms and subsequently has been ranked in the top Tier of patent prosecution. Kajo Metman advised Boston Scientific on a patent that was limited before the European Patent Office, having been invalidated in first and second proceedings. But the Supreme Court decided that the limited patent should be taken into consideration. It also advised Teva and KPN in patent litigation cases.
