In a series of cases involving industrial design infringement and invalidation for client Tropicana Products, a subsidiary of PepsiCo, the IP team led by Azlina Aisyah Khalid advised on matters which tested the Malaysian Court's interpretation of the scope of protection of a Malaysian industrial design registration. These six cases have been continuing since January 2010.
