In 2010, Roncaglia, Elisabetta Gavuzzi and Gabriele Lazzeretti helped Guccio Gucci defend its Gucci trade mark in a preliminary injunction proceeding before the Court of Florence. Roncaglia and Maria Boletto advised the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science over the trade mark and use of the term Oscar. Roncaglia also worked with Lazzeretti to represent Levi Strauss in a dispute regarding the Levi's trade mark. In 2010 the firm was also active advising Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide on a trade mark dispute with worldwide implications. The team has a strong grounding outside fashion with prestigious clients like Richemont International and Microsoft and holds its position in the rankings.
