In 2010 the firm, led by Massimo Introvigne, created a trade mark protection strategy for Moncler (aimed especially at cyber counterfeiting) and helped Microsoft recover the domain name Windows7 from a cyber-squatter who had registered the name before the system appeared.
Giuseppe Quinterno assisted YKK Corporation in a patent infringement case before the Milan Appeal Court and defended Fioravanti against a patent opposition by Renault. A final case saw Elena Monte defend a Community trade mark for Seat Pagine Gialle before OHIM. The firm works often with its sister company Studio Legale Jacobacci Sterpi Francetti Regoli De Haas & Associati.
