The firm represented the Fashion Design Council of India in a trade mark dispute in the Delhi High Court. The dispute surrounded the use of mark Pearls for the client's fashion event Delhi Couture Week 2010. The High Court allowed the event to be held with the main suit still pending.
Another matter of interest was representing itself in a trade mark infringement matter against a Kochi-based law firm that was using the mark Lex Orbis Legal Solutions. The defendant dropped the use of the mark and the matter was settled in one month. This has been reported as the country's first trade mark dispute between two law firms.
