In a copyright infringement and passing off matter this year, a team led by Dodd represented Seven Towns, toy designer and owner of the rights to Rubik's Cube. This particular case was resolved in September 2010, and involved issues regarding trade dress infringement.
The firm conducted enforcement raids to seize counterfeit products for CarTier International, Chanel and Montblanc Simplo in August 2010. This resulted in the successful seizure of infringing merchandise worth over Rs5 million ($110,000).
