Danubia is a market-leading firm of patent and trade mark attorneys working out of a single office in Budapest. Its managing partner is Arpad Petho, who since January 2012 has been overseeing a team of 20 attorneys. The practice is divided along sector lines, with a chemical and biotechnology branch as well as a dedicated team for engineering.
In addition to its prosecution practice, Danubia works closely with the law firm Sar and Partners, which handle disputes and other non-contentious legal IP work as required.
