Leading partner Caroline Casalonga was particularly active this year – she effectively enforced Nike's trade marks and shoe designs against counterfeiters on Réunion Island, and is currently engaged in a matter involving SNCF, Petrotec and Erla in regards to patent rights on a railway gas station.
