Papula-Nevinpat is a large, well-respected prosecution firm. Uniquely, for a Finnish IP agency it has a CIS network, encompassing offices in Belarus, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan, in addition to four Finnish practices and a base in St Petersburg. It is the third largest firm of its kind in the country, employing 42 attorneys. Having received plenty of recommendations from peers, it moves into tier 2 for trade mark contentious work.
Clients value the firm's network and capacity. "The Russian and Eurasian network is very nice. The firm really knows that market well. It is also very responsive because it has the size. It works just the right way," says one.
