Netherlands - Benelux

Novagraaf remains The Netherlands' only firm in the top Tier for trade mark prosecution in the Benelux. The agency has a strong client list with Schweppes, TomTom and British American Tobacco all on the books. Helma van de Langenberg advised Tommy Hilfiger Licensing on its Community trade mark registrations in the EU last year, which was a conscious shift away from national marks.
