Michiel Rijsdijk successfully acted for John Bean Technologies Corporation (JBT), a global technology solutions provider, against Afoheat in an appeal to declare the Dutch part of a patent void for lack of novelty and inventive step. The firm was also involved in Europe-wide litigation concerning Nespresso systems where it acted for Nestec in support of patent attorneys in the Netherlands and Belgium. The French prosecution firm Santarelli acted for Nestec before the EPO.
