Though it is a small IP boutique with around 25 members of staff, Ferrer Reyes Tellechea & Bouché is making a big name for itself in the Argentine IP world. The firm, which was formed in 1994, has a low staff turnover and a culture that fosters talent – one third of its members have worked there for over 10 years and many are not yet 35 years old. Amongst its clients are market leaders such as Syngenta, Novartis, Philips, Cargill, Sadia and Sram. Partner Diego Bouché was singled out for praise by competitors for his work in trade marks. One peer said: "If I was looking for a smaller firm I would choose him."
In June 2010 Ferrer Reyes represented top Argentine tennis player Juan Martín del Potro, who had discovered several Twitter accounts impersonating him. The firm filed an account verification request with Twitter so that the real del Potro´s profile could be identified with a verified account symbol. This enabled users of the site to distinguish the authentic profile from the fakes. By July 2010, the firm had also secured the removal of five impersonating accounts.
