Established in 1937, Sena & Berton Moreno is regarded by peers as a respected family practice with an impressive trade mark group. The firm specialises in IP, but offers complementary services in other areas such as corporate, tax and labour law. About 50 members of staff work at the firm, which is located two blocks from the Government House in the financial and commercial district of Buenos Aires. They serve approximately 6,000 clients including Intel, Apple and Playboy. His son, also Alberto Berton Moreno, is a board member of the Argentinian IP Association AAAPI and chairs the Discovery Practices Subcommittee of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
