In February 2010, Richelet won damages for Polo Ralph Lauren along with the seizure and embargo of 1200 units of fake shirts. The court ruled that the opposition had not exercised due diligence in identifying the origin of the goods. In another case which was decided in September that year, the firm represented Sandoz SA, a local subsidiary of Sandoz AG, in a case in which a third party claimed the pharmaceutical firm had misused its trade marks after their contractual agreement expired. The court ruled that there was no foundation in this claim and awarded Sandoz $10,000 in damages.
