Müggenburg Gorches Peñalosa y Sepúlveda is a dynamic new firm that has rapidly gained a reputation as having one of the best litigation teams in Mexico. The firm was launched several years ago when members left Creel García-Cuellar y Müggenburg to form the new venture. "They are excellent litigators in patents and trade mark matters," said one peer.
