The firm has been active advising global clients such as Microsoft, which head of patents Jesús Muñoz-Delgado and associate Sofía Martínez-Almeida recently represented in litigation. Head of copyright Juan José Marín and associate Iban Díez also acted for Google before the Supreme Court on a case relating to reproduction rights. In a third high-profile case, head of IP Gonzalo Ulloa and associate Eduardo Castillo acted for a new client on patent issues for a type of coffee granule used in certain coffee machines. Other clients include Armani Group, Tupperware, Apple and Philip Morris.
