The pharmaceutical expertise of the team at Castillo Laman Tan Pantaleon & San Jose was most recently tested in a patent infringement case for Eli Lilly against Innogen Pharma Group concerning an oral formulation of olanzapine under the brand name Olanzapro. Junior partners Ray Anthony Pinoy and Peach Sison-Ledesma were instrumental to the case, as a preliminary injunction was sought and granted, allowing Eli Lilly to prevent the distribution and selling of olanzapine products even under other brand names.
