In January 2011 the firm promoted Panu Siitonen to partner, and in 2010 hired associate Janne Joukas and promoted Sakari Salonen to senior associate. In 2010 Fahllund, Siitonen and Magnus Eriksson were hired by a sanitary units manufacturer to represent it in litigation against a rival manufacturer over the design of several units. Fahllund also represented an international media company in litigation concerning compensation for invasion of privacy and acted for several brand owners in trade mark infringement cases resulting in Customs seizures. The firm's offices in Moscow and St Petersburg help it handle anti-counterfeit work, following infringing products across the border. The firm has copyright expertise and recently opened an office in Denmark with a strong copyright focus. The firm also opened an office in Sweden in 2010.
