Recent highlights saw managing partner Kowit Somwaiya, Prasantaya Bantadtan and Naddaporn Suwanvajukkasikij assist Big C Supercenter PCL, a leading hypermarket in Thailand, with 21 oppositions against trade mark applications in India, as well as advise Osotspa on a cancellation action, an invalidation action and oppositions against PepsiCo in the UK.
In patents, Somwaiya and Bantadtan helped Pioneer Hi-Bred International with eight applications for biotechnology inventions in Thailand. "They're fine in commercial contracts and they are client-focused," says one in-house counsel. "They do everything we ask them to do. They're responsive and keep me informed. We'll continue to use them."
