Recent high profile cases saw partner Luiz Baz win a favourable judgement for Du Pont before the local courts, Enrique Armijo successfully defend the Formula 1 trade mark for its owners and Javier Fernández-Lasquetty win a case on behalf of his client MTV over the MTV trade mark.
