DLA Piper has recruited Franklin Kang as a partner in its intellectual property and technology and Korea practices.
Kang, a native Korean speaker, joins the firm’s Los Angeles office. He comes from Latham & Watkins, where he counselled Korea-based clients in cross-border IP litigation and transactional matters, and helped lead Latham’s Korea Practice.
