O’Brien Jones, a women-owned, boutique patent law firm, has added Elizabeth Burke and Louis Troilo as members.
Burke, a former partner in the Washington, DC office of Finnegan, joins the firm’s mechanical/medical device practice group. She will lead the firm’s reexamination practice. Burke was also previously a USPTO examiner in medical device technologies.
Troilo also joins the firm from Finnegan’s Washington, DC office. He has expertise in material science technologies, including nanotechnology, and joins the firm’s chemical/materials practice group. He also is a former USPTO examiner.
